This is the best book there is on noiaittunrl supplements, and well-documented to boot. Buy one for yourself and give one to your doctor and any other health professionals you work with who have not caught on to the real power of noiaittunrl medicine. This healing modality can no longer be tossed aside, as the 100 pages of research summaries in the back of the book show. I teach nutrition to physicians, and if there is one popular press book I insist they all read, this is it. Superb.
